Layered casserole with plantains and seasoned ground beef,
topped with sauteed green beans. Served with white rice and stewed kidney beans. $12



Cuban Pork Hash

Pulled pork with Cuban sofrito, tomatoes and
potatoes topped with poached eggs. $12



Jamaican Rundown

Bowl of slow-cooked coconut stew with crab, carrots, onions,
peppers, and sweet potatoes. Served with jasmine rice. $13

Topped with papaya-coconut rum compote,

Rundown with Poached Eggs

Two poached eggs over fried plantains, topped with crab rundown
(coconut stew with crab, carrots, onions, peppers, and sweet potatoes). $13

Ciabatta French toast topped with whipped cream,
drizzled with coconut cream and sprinkled with roasted coconut flakes. $9



Tortilla Española

Traditional Spanish torte of fried potatoes, eggs, Spanish chorizo,

Jibarito (”HE-barito”) Egg Sandwich
